The Chinese food here is seriously some of the best around, with generous portions and flavors that aren't too salty. My wife and I love all the Peter Chang restaurants, and this one in Charlottesville, led by Chef Andy Chang who's also from Wuhan, nailed the authentic Hubei dishes we crave-can't wait to come back for more spicy fish pot and sizzling beef!
