With about a hundred visits under my belt, MingHin rarely disappoints, especially when diving into their siu mai, shrimp rice rolls, and fried pork dumplings. The ordering system is straightforward-just mark your choices on a tablet or paper-and while dishes arrive one at a time, the flavors more than make up for the wait. Whether it's a bustling holiday or a casual night, the vast menu and lively atmosphere keep me coming back for more, and those egg yolk pineapple baos? Absolutely legendary.
