On Oct.13th 2014. We ordered Honey Garlic chicken from the Lunch menu. When the food arrived there was no honey garlic on the chicken and the brown rice was wet and uncooked! We called and spoke to Bonnie and she stated she would bring the honey garlic sauce to us. While waiting for the sauce I began eating because it has been now over an hour I have been waiting on our food. The rice was discovered to be wet and soggy. I then called back and spoke to Bonnie and explained my grievances and she assured me that she would bring a new lunch but I told her our lunch was over; she then offered to give us credit the next time we ordered, since our office orders from them regularly.
When the credit was approached to Bonnie days after she reneged on what she offered earlier and would only give us 10% of off our meal. When I confronted her on her decision, she hung the phone up and did not want to deal with us.
I believe customer service is a valued skill in marketing your business and self referral does help promote, and apparently Bonnie does not realize this.
SO WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM CHICK N TREATS EVER AGAIN! Being that they do not keep their word and customer service is not FIRST! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
