The sushi here exceeded all expectations with incredibly fresh, flavorful fish and creative rolls like the Colorado Rancher featuring seared Kobe beef and wasabi sauce. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable while the eco-friendly presentation added a thoughtful touch. Despite being in a small mountain town, the menu offers a diverse range of delicious options, from spicy rolls to comforting Thai curry, leaving plenty of leftovers to savor for days.
