We go to the diner often and we always enjoy the family like environment, hospitable staff and of course great food at decent prices. Tonight's experience left us disappointed to say the least. We love fried chicken and try to make it there for the special almost every Wes. but tonight the service wasn't up to par. We waited for 40 minutes to receive our dinner and we can understand busy, but it was the order that was askew. We watched as three different tables were served the special first even though our order was taken before they were even there. When we expressed our dissatisfaction it wasn't even acknowledged in a proper manner. I would suggest to the owner that maybe times should be included on the ticket to avoid any future issues such as this. As for now we are not going to come back soon because the disappointment caused indigestion not the food.
