Asian bakery cakes tend to be less sweet than their Western counterparts, which suits my taste well. I tried the strawberry vanilla cake from Kee Wah Bakery for a family birthday, and it was moist, fluffy, and topped with plenty of fresh strawberries, just as I like it. While the prices have risen and some items feel expensive, the quality and flavor of their cakes and pastries, like the egg tarts and mango cake, continue to impress me.
