Had an awesome couple of nights dining at Asador with friends, where Matthew made great drink and food recommendations like the High West Double Rye Old Fashioned and grilled fish tacos that totally hit the spot. The food was consistently delicious, with perfectly seasoned dishes like salmon tacos, brisket burger, and roasted veggies, plus the service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. While it's on the pricier side, the quality, ambiance, and welcoming vibe made it worth every penny, and I'd definitely return next time I'm in Dallas.

During my recent two-night stay at The Renaissance Hotel in Dallas, our group had a wonderful experience at Asador, where our waiter Matthew provided exceptional service and made excellent food recommendations. The food was gourmet American, and although the prices were on the higher side, the quality of the meals and the ambiance made for an enjoyable dining experience.
