The barbecue here rivals some of the best I've had in Texas, with the brisket being incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful, accompanied by perfectly seasoned pork and beef ribs. While the sides show creativity, such as hatch chili mac and cheese and mustard potato salad, their flavor profiles didn't quite match the excellence of the meats, though the burnt ends and sausage are standout items worth trying. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and although the service could be warmer, the overall experience and quality make it worth the wait despite limited hours and parking.
