First time ordering delivery from this restaurant tonight, will NOT be a repeat customer. The food was decent, however the customer service was HORRIBLE. My husband and I each ordered a meal and then an appetizer to share, and after the delivery guy left, we discovered they had forgotten our appetizer (25% of the cost of our order). My husband called the restaurant, and the owner answered the phone and basically called him a liar (not those exact words) - he told him he personally checks every order before it leaves, and there was no way we did not receive our appetizer. We were both appalled that a restaurant/owner wouldn't even consider that they could have made an error or immediately offer to fix it. We live less than half a mile from their physical location and he never offered to bring the appetizer or resolve the issue until we complained further. Upon insisting that we were not lying about the missing appetizer, the owner offered to send one the next time we order, however we will NOT be ordering from here again. We still cannot believe this happened.
