The folks who bashed this joint are clearly missing out. You can gauge a buffet's quality by the state of their restrooms, and let me tell you, this place was squeaky clean! Rolled in on a Tuesday, decent crowd, and I managed to sweet talk the owner into whipping up more crawfish for me. The spread is pretty standard but nothing left me cold or queasy. It's not a fancy steakhouse; it's a chill Chinese buffet in a strip mall. Come with realistic expectations and you'll leave happy. The lunch deal is a steal - under 10 bucks on a Tuesday. They've got a mishmash of eats, so you can go wild with your combo choices. As for me, grill station all the way - shrimp and veggies cooked fresh? Sign me up! Kids are fans too, so it's a win-win.

Hibachi Grill was our favorite restaurant from the day it opened its doors until now; when new management took over the establishment about a year ago, we noticed that the food was not as good, i.e.: not seasoned, old fruit, and it's been steadily going down hill since then. Will not patronized this restaurant again until better changes are made to the quality of the food.
