During my recent work trip, I enjoyed the convenience of dining at the restaurant connected to the Holiday Inn, where I experienced flavorful Cozumel tacos and a decent Black Jack burger. Although the service was a bit slow due to understaffing, the atmosphere was enjoyable and the menu offered a variety of tasty options that made my visits worthwhile.
