I love visiting Smarty's for their delicious chicken, which I believe is the best in the Endicott area. The ice cream is also quite good, although I mainly come here for the chicken with my fiancí©. The Owner is very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable experience at this clean and conveniently located establishment.
