The food at Island Cafe in Everglades City is absolutely delicious. From the fish plates to the sandwiches, everything is consistently good. The atmosphere is laid back, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I had a wonderful meal and would definitely return for another great dining experience.

Absolutely the best corn meal fried Grouper I have ever had. Their fish & chips.
