First time there, we took some friends to get a bite between antique shops. There were no clean tables, so we took one with a dirty dish rag still there as if someone started, but never finished busing the table. After waiting over 15 minutes, we walked out, and were immediately followed by a staff/manager individual who apologized and invited us back in. We took a different table, immediately were waited on and got our drinks. Then when we were ready to place our order, were told that there was a 45 minute wait for food. Another restaurant patron commented that a lot of people were walking out. We didn't want to wait 45 minutes, so went to the register to pay for our drinks where I took a glance, then a second harder look into the kitchen. Soooo glad we didn't order food there. I would invite the health department to take a glance in the kitchen!

We eat at The Fork on our way to see our doctor inTyler. It's usually breakfast, but not always. The food is excellent, and the service is, also. The ladies that work in there are always so friendly and nice.
Many times, we've come back by and picked up their pies, as well as their fried pies, on our way home. They are super. But best of all, is of course, the large selection of cheesecakes! Ooh- la-la!
