My husband and I have passed by Mama Marie's several times and decided to try it last night. I ordered the Greek sampler and everything on the plate was awful. My husband even tried it and agreed it was not fit to eat. I told the waitress and she offered to bring me something else, so I ordered eggplant parmesean. It was terrible as well! It was mushy and had so much cheese I could barely chew and swallow it. Even the garlic bread was awful. We got our check and stood at the register a good 5-7 minutes before someone came to help us. I told the lady that we shouldn't have to pay for my food because I took 2 bites of it. She went and got the owner and he was the rudest person we have ever encountered! He wanted to know what we expected and let us know we could go somewhere else. He doesn't have anything to worry about because we would never go back there. He never once apologized. We have never been treated so poorly or had such horrible food.

My wife and I have dined at Mama Maria`s many times over the last three years. We shall return many times. The food is good. We like this place.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. OUR SON (AGE 3) WAS PLAYING A BIT AND WE WERE TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE IF HE GOT HURT. HE WAS JUST PLAYING AS ANY 3 YEAR OLD WOULD. WE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. HE ASKED FOR A CONTAINER FOR OUR REMAINING FOOD AND WE DID NOT GET ONE. THIS MAN WATCHED EVERY MOVE WE MADE AS WE EXITED. HE WAS A COMPLETE JERK!!! THE FOOD IS NOT VERY GOOD EITHER.

02/14/2012 - Unhappy about this place
The owner was rude about a complaint with the food. Food was cold and tasted like leftovers from another day. We have tried it 3x and all 3x were bad! Had Greek 2x and tried the lasagna the last time! Capris is way better and more reasonable on price! Only thing good about this place was waitress, she was very good and very nice even apologized for the rude owner!
