My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary tonight and had a mixed experience at Colletti's in South Texas. The calamari was well seasoned and the sea bass was cooked perfectly, but the orzo was a bit bland. The desserts were not up to par, with the tiramisu lacking cocoa and the cream feeling like glue in my mouth. Despite these drawbacks, the veal picatta was delicious and the atmosphere was classy and professional.
