What has happened to the service at Cookout in Hartsville, SC? We eat there about 3 times a week. Service is awful. If it don't get better, guess we will go back to McDonald's.

We visit often. Last few times the service was not good. They can't get our order right and on top of that they are very rude at the drive thru. I will not go back

There food is good and cheap. Love there chicken sandwiches and there meal deals are great

The food is good...but just about every time I go thru the drive thru my order is incorrect... :(...
