The pizza here seriously hits the mark with its thin, crispy crust and perfectly balanced toppings that remind me of the best New York-style slices around. The staff may come off as a bit casual at first, but the food more than makes up for it, and the quick service keeps things moving even during busy times. The spot's vibe is laid-back and welcoming, with cool decor that gives it some character, making it a solid choice when you want great pizza without any fuss.

Ordered 2 cheese steaks today at 5pm. It is now 7:30pm and I still haven't had my dinner! Phone ordered one large cheese steak , with ketchup, salt and pepper. The other, fried onions, lettuce, tomato and mayo. 6 pm , a hour later 2 subs arrive!!! Both ketchup salt and pepper.. the rolls are at least 3 inches smaller than 2 months ago. But of course, I still had no dinner. Call the restaurant, said they would make my steak right away and deliver it!!! One and half hours later, still no sub. Will not be ordering from Frank's again!!!

The food is amazing!!! Especially cheese steaks and pizza. The prices are just as amazing 😃 thank you Frank's from a former Pat's customer!!!
