We have been going here since they opened. The food is almost the same a little worse than when they first opened. The price for the food is not a good value anymore. The worst part is the service has really sucked since they switched to the Shades name. We ask our waitress 3 times for 1 thing and never got it. Now we are ready to leave and the waitress is MIA, then when she comes around to the tables around us she ignores us and we WAIT again for her to bring the check. This is been a issue the last 3 times we went there. Maybe we need to find a new favorite place to go. Hope their management reads this and does something to improve the service or they be closing.....
