This was my first time in Michigan or even cross the border and I ordered a banana split and they didn't even give me any bananas and when I asked for my order back they said no refunds I hate this restaurant I give it a one star review go

I ordered 2 banana splits to go. They did not put them in to go cups. By the time I drove home they were soup with a banana in it. When I told the girl they were to go all she did was say she was sorry. Never attempted to put them in to go cups. They made the flurry & a cup of chocolate ice cream I also ordered before the banana splits. Needless to say both of those were melted before we even left the parking lot. It seems every time I go there this year something isn't right.
