Ordered from them in January 2019 had the large chef salad and have to say it was delicious and I appreciate the lettuce on their salad it stays fresh even if you can't finish it all the lettuce does not lose its crisp
All pasta dishes are delicious as well

We love going to Rafael's! The pizza is delicious and they have the best deals. I've tried other items on their menu and they were wonderful as well, especially the calzones!

My family has been customers since we moved to AL (2012). We have never had a bad meal. The pizza's are delicious with an amazing homemade sauce. When relatives visit they insist on a calzone fix from Rafael's. You should try the baked spaghetti! The staff is busy but friendly. We mostly do takeout, but when we dine in, we have had the pleasure of meeting the manager who will occasionally come to the tables and ask how everything is.

The lady who was working last night (Fri May 19, 2017) who appeared to be a manager or someone with authority, never said thank you for your business have a nice evening or come back to see us at all. I called in my order & picked up, they were not at all busy or anything that would cause the rudeness. I will not be going back there...ever. Their prices are that of a fancy restaurant and the atmosphere & service is that of fast food joint

The best!!!! And you get two pizzas for the price of one. Never had a bad Rafael's meal. They have Italian and Greek style food. I have introduced lots of friends to it, and people who visit from out of town are always asking to go there again when they return. Rafael's is a chain, and I have eaten in their Huntsville and Fayetteville locations. There are also several other locations I know of in Middle Tennessee. Awesome value for some great food.

When they first opened, everything was excellent. And while the service is still fast and efficient, and most of the menu items are still great, the pizza tends to be undercooked. We've even asked for our pizza to be "well-done", but still comes out limp. Stick to the calzones, pasta, salads, and you won't be disappointed (unless you like your pizza limp and soggy, then you'll love that, too).
