My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Kansas City exceeded my expectations. From the efficient check-in process to the clean and comfy rooms, everything was on point. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff, especially Denise, were friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be returning to the Crowne Plaza for my next visit to Kansas City!
