This was our second time to order from Jimmy John's, and it will be our last. The french bread roll was very doughy. There were two paper-thin slices on turkey and one very large mound of lettuce. I had asked for added onion, but I didn't get it, and what can you do about it after it is delivered? Very disappointing. I paid for a doughy roll and a pile of lettuce with mayo. Otherwise ... no content. You should take lessons from Subway.
