I enjoy visiting this Mexican restaurant 2-4 times a year, always aiming to be there for brunch or lunch. They offer housemade fresh tortillas, complimentary chips with a variety of salsa options, and a menu featuring both authentic Mexican dishes and Americanized-Mexican options. Personally, I find their pork guisado and tacos to be the best I've had in the PNW since moving from Chicago, which is known for its great Mexican food scene. The service is consistently great, and I appreciate the upgrade of their Chalupas compared to the classic version.
