Oh boy, where do I start? The food exploded with flavor, and the folks running the show were as friendly as can be! I had the Ethiopian Vegan stew platter, and it was so good that I felt like I was on a culinary adventure in Ethiopia itself-definitely a highlight of my trip to Louisville!
