I have a family member with celiac disease, so when I visited Uncle Paulie's, I asked for the gluten-free chaufa with rotisserie chicken. The meal was not only safe for my family member, but also incredibly delicious. The flavors were outstanding, the chicken was juicy, and the sides like salad, rice, white beans, and tostones were all wonderful. Despite the current situation limiting dine-in options, the takeout service was efficient and the food was so tasty that we will definitely be returning soon.
