The food, service, and prices at Malanga Cafe were excellent. I recommend it to anyone in the Pinecrest area. We grabbed some sandwiches to go and were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and tender meat. I would definitely visit Malanga again if I find myself in the area.

Horrible service. Took forever for someone to take our drink orders. Then when I told them I had a groupon for 4 for $50, the waiter said they could not honor it because there were only 3 of us. I am a single mother of 2 growing boys, 15 and 17. Our entrees alone would have been more than that. I asked for a manager and a waitress was sent over. When we left, did not stay to eat, I called and was told no manager was there. We went to Los Ranchos after, service was impeccable, and spent $85 + tip. You and your employees lost out on today and many others in the future.
