For authentic German cuisine in Missoula, Edelweiss Bistro is a must-visit. The Schnitzel and Nuremberg sausage were incredible, and the service from Liam was outstanding. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food and great beer.
