The atmosphere at the farmers market in downtown Naples on a Saturday morning is truly captivating, especially at the Fire and Rice tent where the paella pans sizzle with precision and skill. Witnessing the culinary magic unfold as each ingredient is artfully added to create the delectable breakfast bowls is an experience that lingers long after the last bite.

I was at an event that Chef Paul cooked and it was fantastic. I couldn't believe the size of the paella pan and then when I tasted the paella I was amazed. For cooking so much paella at once I thought the flavor might not be what I expected, but it was perfect. I don't know how he does it, but I am glad he does what he does so well!
Looking forward to our next opportunity to eat his paella.
