I just discovered this incredible little restaurant in New Orleans that serves the best food I've ever had. The mac and cheese was so rich and creamy, while the gumbo had that perfect smoky flavor-it's now my gold standard for gumbo. Chef Tres is super chill and made the whole experience a blast, so I can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!
