The ambiance captivated me immediately, with a stunning waterfall pond filled with goldfish setting a serene yet vibrant tone, while the spacious layout offered both sushi bar seating and hibachi tables that buzzed with energy. The sushi, especially the eel avocado hand roll crafted perfectly by Ivan, was fresh and flavorful, complemented by impeccable service from Iris and an entertaining hibachi chef named Simba who brought humor and skill to the table, making the entire dining experience memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.
