At a recent wedding, I was blown away by the food catered by Chef Silvia, especially the ahi tuna tartare and the irresistible rum-guava BBQ sauce that made me want to drizzle it on everything. I also enjoyed the Travelling Gourmet food truck at various events, where their portobello mushroom lettuce wraps and key lime pie were outstanding. With a great selection of fresh, organic options and friendly service, I can't wait to try more from them in the future!
