I ate at Osaka with a friend and had absolutely terrible service. We had a rotten old gray piece of tuna in a naruto roll which spoiled the whole entire meal. We didn't finish anything because of it. We were not compensated at all. I am appalled for lack of consideration of the customer. The man was rude an insistent that it was fresh. That fish was ROTTEN!
Also the gentleman not wearing a mask nor gloves who paraded the splotchy gray fish around dining room insisting it wasn't bad, did not help.

We had reservation for 8 people. 7 was final count and all arrived on time and together. We waited 15 minutes to be seated as other groups about our size were seated and we were asked multiple times how many in our party. There only seemed to be 1 server for entire room for orders, drinks, soup, salad.
1 person in our group ordered off menu rather than hibachi . Rest of us ate as chef prepared. Most food good, but steak was chewy.
We finished, flagged server to ask about menu dinner. Took another 10 minutes with excuses to get the last dinner. Server not accommodating on allowances to the check. And she made sure she pointed out the built in gratuity was split with the chef. Poor, rude service.
