I've been ordering takeout here for a while and finally got to eat in, and the complimentary chips with beans and cheese were a delicious way to start. I tried some full entrees this time, like the bistec azteca and carne asada, and while the steaks were a bit chewy, the flavors and portions were great, and everything looked just like the menu photos. The staff are super friendly, service is fast, and the food is consistently tasty and affordable, making it one of my favorite Mexican spots in Philly.
