The recent visit to this restaurant was an outstanding dining experience, featuring exceptional dishes like tender pot roast and the freshest broiled walleye I've encountered. Overpriced THICK CUT CHAR Ribeye was thin and flavorless as was our bacon cheeseburger. Best thing was the salad and kids spagetti.

The Club sandwich should be in the hall of fame for sandwiches!!

Recently spent a weekend in the Pine River area and found Bites Grill and Bar on 371. We were very impressed with both the food and service. We have been accustomed to basket food in Lake country; however, Bites has a full and interesting menu served on plates in a comfortable atmosphere ... no baskets. The menu has a full array of your favorite comfort foods cooked to order. The specials are worth serious consideration. The chefs create surprisingly interesting, well priced, tasty food with portions large enough to provide lunch for tomorrow. Try it, you'll find a new favorite spot when you're up north.
