Today is August 13 I just came back from the Piney Flats McDonalds. First thing the drive through was backed up so bad and that's not anything new. So I go in and I wait 10 minutes to order, only 2 other people was standing in line but they where waiting for the food. The man beside me was also upset, only had one person working the front. The manager was working but he could not say anything to us or even give us a smile, he really looked like he hated to be there. So I finally get to order and all I want is a cheeseburger and fries, so I get home with my order finally and the burger is cold and so are the fries, and no its not what you are thinking, I only live about 7 minutes from McDonalds. Someone in upper management really needs to take a look at this, I have been a manager before and I would hate to know that I had a place like this that was not taking care of your customers.
