Pizza is always delicious,I've never had a problem!🙂

I thought I'd give them another chance. Seems like there is always some kind of problem everytime I order. One time they even forgot to deliver the order, another time the order was wrong. This time they forgot part of the order I payed for and all they said was oh I'm sorry and when we are in the area we can drop it off. And then they said nothing to my comment about missing a topping on my pizza-that tasted a bit like cardboard. I give up. No more Goodfella's in PSL for me.

This place is horrible. Worst service I've ever delt with. One of the subs I ordered was wrong (after waiting an hour), called immediately and was given severe attitude but they said they'd hurry and get me the right sub. Another hour later THE EXACT SAME WRONG SUB SHOWS UP!! Come to find out talking to the girl on the phone (while standing in the rain) it was because the girl who took my order wasn't listening when I was ordering (she was continually taking to someone in the background) so instead of bacon on my sub it was covered in pickles. This is not the first time we've had issues with this place. The last time they were completely nasty to my brother and actually yelled at him. This place has gotten enough of our money. Do not give them yours!

Pizza is probably good but I chose to have a chicken parm..which wasn't very good and appetizer fried buffalo chicken tenders was a joke it looked like Tyson chicken filets I buy at publix with sauce poured on them. Afterall the menu said chicken tenders which wasn't what we had received. Also the service there sucks no offense to the kid at the counter..but he shouldn't be in any customer service position. Would never eat there again...really probably just a place to walk in and get a slice not eat dinner
