There are only two Ethiopian restaurants I know of in Dallas, and this one surprised me with its cleanliness and tasty food. I really enjoyed the Lamb Tibs and the Vegetarian Combo, especially the spongy injera that you use to scoop everything up. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better, despite a few pesky flies buzzing around.
