Employees are THE worst. Not joking - - rude young men and women with no respect, service is slow, food is okay. The staff was never around to do what is needed. Also, the waitress was very rude to my children. After going from employee to employee (seeing as no one would attend to our table) we had a chat with the "manager" who did nothing but make a terrible apology and "suggested" that we go to another resturaunt. So glad to see that i am not the only one who feels this way, it should be obvious to the REAL manager that people are unhappy with the staff.

I was at a family event at Allure and we will never be going there again. The staff had a horrible attitude. After receiving a large sum of money to have the party there management was absolutely useless. They only wanted to money, after they recieved it they screwed up every aspect of the party. On top of that they had disgraceful attitudes towards the people in the party. They were non-apologetic for multiple mistakes.

The staff was absolutely horrible! They had a bad attitude with multiple people in our group. We will not be going there ever again.

If you want to have a lovely event, then stay away form this place. Everyhting they promise you will be a lie. If you want what they promise you you will pay much more than what they tell you when you view the place. They ruined every aspect of our event. The day of the event we ended up with about half of what we were promised when we looked at the place. If you think a deposit will hold your day, think again with this place.
