Since moving from California in 2022, I have found authentic, fresh Mexican cuisine with generous portions, exceptional tamales and chili rellenos made with Mexican cheese, outstanding margaritas, and consistently great service at Las Tortillas, making it my favorite restaurant in Rosemount with a welcoming atmosphere, delicious salsa and chips, and many dishes like the Chef's Platter, shrimp fajitas, and elote that keep me coming back again and again.

Moving from California in 2022, I was thrilled to discover authentic Mexican food at Las Tortillas, where everything is made fresh, including the delicious tortilla chips. The generous portions, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere make it a favorite dining destination for me, especially for their tamales and outstanding margaritas.
