The queso dip here is the best I've ever had, and every dish-from the guacamole to the combination fajitas and chimichanga-was packed with flavor and served hot. The staff, especially servers like Oscar, Judy, and Jhovany, provide attentive, friendly service that enhances the entire dining experience, making it well worth a visit when in Roswell.
