I had an amazing experience at a food truck last night where I tried the tempura fish tacos, and I was blown away by their incredible flavors. The owner, Rodolfo, was so friendly and eager to share his creative dishes; I even got to sample the watermelon, mint, and pop rocks, which was a fun and unique combination. Every dish, from the fried mushrooms to the rich mac and cheese topped with Cheez-Its, kept me wanting more, and I can't wait to return and see what new creations they have next!
