I ordered a simple bison burger with fries as a carryout item and was told to pick up in 15-20 minutes. I arrived in time and had to sit and wait for an additional 30 minutes only to get cold food and the rudest service I've ever experienced in my life anywhere in the world. I've been going here for over 20 years and it'll be another 20 before I ever go again.
