This hotel seems to have made significant improvements compared to older reviews, with the only downside being the substantial price discrepancy between booking a single room versus one with two beds, leading to the decision to use an air mattress for the friend; the easy check-in process was followed by a pleasant surprise of finding slot machines near the front desk, where a successful round of nickel slots resulted in a $50 win within 30 minutes, while the indoor plant and rock design on the first floor caught my eye, and the room offered a clean space with a simple freeway view, alongside the unique purple-lit fake trees outside, coupled with breakfast buffet coupons for the nearby larger casino that was just a minute's walk away, ultimately making for a satisfying stay that showcased the charm of the basic low-key casino environment.
