After a long day searching for dinner on Christmas, we discovered Pakwan, which exceeded our expectations with delicious chicken vindaloo, tikka masala, and lamb chops. The friendly service and vibrant atmosphere made our experience enjoyable, and I would certainly consider returning for another meal.

We have eaten here at least half a dozen times in the past year. Honestly, we are not thrilled. From Indian standards, the food here is mediocre at best! Far from authentic!!!
Despite our many less than satisfactory visits due to issues such as lack of authentic taste, making food too spicy or too bland, rather poor customer service, and our suspicion of them using frozen instead of fresh vegetables - which we dismissed as being trivial, we were still optimistically hopeful that those are one time/isolated issues and that things would improve.
However, given their repeated lack of effort to redeem themselves and blatantly charging unreasonably high prices for underwhelming food ( for example, they charge $16 for a "special" buffet which is hardly different from their regular buffet), we'd NOT be going back!! Definitely Not recommended!!
