Living in Houston, snoballs are rare finds, but this Slidell joint totally changed the game with its juicy, soft ice and a mind-blowing variety of flavors that kept my taste buds dancing. The friendly staff even hooked me up with jello-shot-sized samples to settle the sweet debate between Tiger's Blood and Tutti Frutti, and trust me, their pineapple snowball had me hooked faster than you can say "brain freeze"!

Living in Houston, I've discovered that snoballs are only available at a few spots. I heard that New Orleans was the go-to destination for them. Although this is Slidell, I was informed that this was a cool place to try. The lady who took our order was friendly and offered jello shot size samples to help us decide between Tigers Blood and Tutti Frutti. The kiddie size snowball was surprisingly large at about 8oz and the Watermelon/Pineapple flavor was just right for a hot day. The ice could have been a bit softer for my preference, but the flavor was spot on. If you're looking for a refreshing treat on a hot day, this is a great stop!
