I HAVE BEEN TO JACKS SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME THE ORDER WAS WRONG/. i FOUND SOME OF THE STAFF TO BE RUDE. YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO HAVE GOOD WOTK ETHICS. i PAID GOOD MONEY AND ITEMS ARE MISSING. TODAY, I ORDERED 4 STRAWBEYY PIES. WAS CHARGED FOR 4 GOT HOME THERE WERE ONLY TWO. i WILL NOT RETURN TO JACKS WOULD RATHER SPEND MORE MONEY AND FO TO CAFE 1220,

I went threw drive threw. I ordered at the ordering box but I forgot to mention I wanted a small milkshake so when I got to window I asked for small strawberry milkshake and the girl at window said no I she couldn't do that. That was improper service. She should have said she will do it but park me. She was very rude.
