This is a very small bakery, however, they wowed me more than some of the more larger corporate bakeries in the area. The inside restaurant is clean and their bathrooms are very well kept with hand soap and toilet paper well stocked. Now for the food...their Cuban sandwiches are delicious, each ingredient put in is top quality. they start off with hot fresh thick Cuban bread, thick slice of mellow Swiss cheese, well seasoned mojo pork, hearty salami, and ham slices. this sandwich has mustard, mayo, and butter on the bread, I think. Their pandebonos are always hot, fresh, fluffy, with generous amount of cheese in the middle. Perfect with coffee, which is also excellent. Always fresh, hot, and has a nice layer of foam on top. I also like to get their arepa con queso, which is basically a cross between a pancake and corn bread. The thick queso blanco on top gives it a nice touch. Even on their worst days, the food's always excellent:)
