I grabbed some pork with red chile and green chile chicken tamales for the family, and let me tell you, those tamales were the real stars of the show! The flavors were bursting, with a perfect blend of masa and meat, and even the ground beef Navajo taco had me doing a happy dance. Sure, the ambiance was minimal, but the deliciousness of the food more than made up for it-I'll definitely be back to this little culinary treasure on my next trip!

Best Tamales I have ever eaten since eating Abates Tamales in Lake Charles, LA, when I was a child and Zwolle Tamales in Many La. I'm trying to see if they will ship some.. They are twice the size of any Tamale I have ever eaten. Very generous portion. You can get regular red or green chili. Taos is well known for green chili dishes. Yum yum
