Didn't receive 1/2 my order. I called to see how this could be handled, and the manager was rude from the moment he got on the telephone. Threatened to hang up on me, and he ultimately did and never once offered a refund or a replacement sandwich - no solution offered at all. Called his district manager, which he probably called first, and she never returned my call either. Corporate tells you to please let them know if you have a bad experience, and after 2 separate messages and emails to them, they don't care enough to follow-up either. This place has no problem taking your money, but they do have a problem fixing mistakes THEY caused and offering either a refund or a sandwich at a later time.
